The company are not scammers as some have suggested on here, however if you need your tags quickly then order from elsewhere.We ordered a couple of tags, which never turned up. Contacted customer service who were very good and said they may have been lost in the post and sent some more out. We had the email to say they had been dispatched, they eventually turned up 2 weeks later, followed by a another delivery a few days later of the original tags that we ordered. We later found out the tags are dispatched from Switzerland.

Great dog tags! Clear writing and I got it on the blue paw which is a lovely colour!
Insanely good customer service. I couldn't rate them higher.Lovely product, and brilliant communication. Fantastic ethos around how they treat customers and as soon as I need another dog tag... I will be back without hesitation and will be sending anyone and everyone I know their way as well.

Just did not arrive, ordered many weeks ago still not here... kept emailing and they did reply with apologies but blamed everything .....Covid, they were in Switzerland, the kitchen sink... all rubbish excuses, I really feel that if you have a .co.uk you should state that you are not in the UK
It would be 5 stars as the products and customer service were excellent . Unfortunately they took weeks to arrive so I was left wondering if I’d been scammed! Thankfully not. Very very helpful and promot response every time I emailed .
